I bought a new loom recently. It’s a 28″ wide Ashford Knitter’s loom (my other two AKLs are 20″ wide). The first project I completed was already on the loom when I bought it. It’s interesting finishing someone else’s project. It took weeks for me to get around to finishing the hemstitching—the fuzzy gray yarn was a bit hard to hand stitch with.

WPI and EPI for yarns in my stash
This is not an attempt to amass an exhaustive list of all yarns available. Some of the yarns in this list are readily available (at craft stores such as JoAnn, Michaels, and Hobby Lobby), so if you’re just getting started and don’t know what yarn you want to collect, or if want some yarn quickly to practice a particular technique, maybe this list will be useful to you.
